Start with “Explore Our Courses” section. Here, you will find all programs Learner Key offers. Once you find your course, click its dedicated page. Learn more about it there.

 

Step 2: Complete the Online Application Form

 

On your course page, scroll down a little. You will see a online application form. This form asks for key details. These details help us process your application:

 

  • Your Contact & Personal Details: We need your date of birth, nationality, and a valid email address. This lets us get in touch.
  • Your Academic Background: Tell us about your previous qualifications and relevant experience.
  • Essential Skills: You will confirm if you have foundational English and Mathematics. These skills are important for your success.
  • International Applicants: If you are from outside the UK, tell us if you need help with your visa or accommodation.
  • How You Found Us: We are always curious to know how you heard about Learner Key!
  • Agree to Our Policies: Before you submit, you will agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully.

Fees & Funding at Learner Key

  • Learner Key Academic & Entrepreneurial Scholarship: Learner Key is committed to nurturing both academic excellence and entrepreneurial spirit. Our scholarship program supports high-achieving students with a passion for innovation.

 

Academic Excellence Award:

 

  • Who is it for? Students demonstrating outstanding academic achievement.
  • How to qualify? You will need the highest GPA in your previous degree, or achieve over 90% in your intermediate exams.
  • What you get: A scholarship providing £1,000 off your annual tuition fee of £7,500.

 

Entrepreneurial Investment Opportunity:

 

  • Who is it for? Academic Excellence Award recipients who have an innovative business idea.
  • How to qualify? You will present a business venture idea and demonstrate a desire to partner with Learner Key.
  • What you get: A further £1,000 investment from Learner Key directly into your business venture. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your entrepreneurial dreams with our support.

 

International Student Applications

 

Learner Key welcomes students from around the world. If you are an international applicant, there are specific requirements you will need to meet to study in the UK.

 

  • Student Visa: Most international students will need a Student Visa. You will apply for this visa through UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
  • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS): Once Learner Key offers you a place and you accept it, we will issue you a CAS. This is a unique electronic reference number. You will need your CAS to apply for your Student Visa.
  • Proof of Funds: You must show you have enough money. This includes funds for your tuition fees and living costs. This is a UKVI requirement for your visa.
  • English Language Proficiency: You will need to prove your English language skills. This is often done with a Secure English Language Test (SELT), such as IELTS. Your specific course may require a certain level.
  • Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS): You will pay an Immigration Health Surcharge as part of your visa application. This gives you access to the UK’s National Health Service (NHS).
  • Accommodation Advice: Learner Key can provide general advice on finding accommodation in Giffnock and the wider Glasgow area. We can guide you to resources for student housing.
  • Arriving in the UK: Once your visa is granted, you can prepare for your arrival. We advise you to read UK government guidance on entering the UK.
